COVID-19 Preparedness

To the Clients of the Evelyn Frye Center

To protect the health of our clients, staff and to limit the spread of the COVID-10 virus pandemic, we monitor information from all federal, state and local authorities. We have used that information to develop systems which will allow EFC to  continue providing the same exemplary behavioral healthcare services we have provided over the last 40+ years.

We subsequently worked with our providers and with insurance companies to make remote evaluation and treatment services available to our clients. This eliminates the need for our clients to leave their homes to receive behavioral healthcare services from their EFC providers. Effective immediately, EFC providers will connect with their clients at the previously scheduled appointment times via one of these technologies:

  • EFC’s Electronic Health Records system (EHR)
  • RingCentral, our computer-based telephone system

Both methods meet HIPAA requirements guaranteeing the protection of each client’s confidentiality.

You can schedule your appointments by email If you prefer, you can call us at 615-385-4090 and choose extension #3. Prior to your scheduled appointment one of our associates will call or text you regarding the amount of your copay and/or the total amount due on your account.
